Welcome to Starworks. By using our reputation management platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Starworks, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.
2. Service Description
Starworks provides:
- Automated review request campaigns via email and SMS
- AI-powered review response generation
- Review monitoring across multiple platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.)
- Analytics and reporting on your online reputation
- Customer feedback management tools
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription and Payment
Starworks offers several subscription plans:
- Essentials Plan: Monthly subscription ($49 AUD/month)
- Professional Plan: Monthly subscription ($99 AUD/month)
- Growth Plan: Monthly subscription ($135 AUD/month)
- Custom/Enterprise: Custom pricing based on requirements
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Monthly subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the billing date. Annual subscriptions offer a 17% discount.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion for unused portions of annual subscriptions.
6. Review Guarantee
Starworks offers a guarantee of 20 new Google reviews within your first 21 days of active use. This guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
- You must send review requests to a minimum of 85 real, individual customers using the Starworks platform during the 21-day guarantee period.
- All 85 review requests must be sent and successfully delivered (not bounced or undeliverable) within the 21-day guarantee period.
- Review requests must be sent to genuine customers who have received a product or service from your business.
- Customers must be unique individuals — sending multiple requests to the same person does not count towards the 85-customer minimum.
- Review requests must be sent using valid, deliverable email addresses or mobile phone numbers.
- The guarantee does not apply if review requests are sent to fabricated, purchased, or non-genuine contacts.
- The 21-day guarantee period begins on the first day of your paid subscription. Time spent on a free trial does not count towards the 21-day guarantee period.
If you meet the above conditions and do not receive at least 20 new Google reviews within 21 days of your first review request, contact us at support@starworks.com.au and we will extend your subscription at no cost until the guarantee is fulfilled.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Send spam or unsolicited messages to customers
- Violate platform policies (Google, Facebook, etc.)
- Upload or transmit malware or malicious code
- Impersonate another person or business
- Solicit fake or fraudulent reviews
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
8. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all customer data and content you upload to Starworks. We claim no intellectual property rights over your data. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions beyond our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
Starworks is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
11. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time with reasonable notice. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
